shipping information

all of our press-on nails are custom-made to order, so please allow 5 business days for creation before your order ships.

once your nails are ready, we ship via selected carrier. you'll receive a tracking number by email when your order is on its way.

processing time: because each set is handmade, orders are not immediate. after checkout, you'll receive a google form to submit your sizing and design preferences. once we have your information, we'll get started on your set.

returns & exchanges

because our press-on nails are custom-made for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.

if there is an issue with your order — such as a sizing problem or damage during shipping — please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.
